I break down the foundational movements of our vinyasa flow yoga practice at a level of detail you won't find in your typical yoga class. This series of short, easy-to-follow tutorial videos will provide you the foundation you need to feel confident in any beginner-level flow class. AND you'll learn how to use props to customize the poses to your body, and different options that you can choose from when you practice so you can make sure ever visit to the mat feels great, no matter how you're feeling that day!
