I am newer to yoga, 73 years old. I am falling in love with yoga. Been following Adriene and doing your yoga practice for a few months now.
Can you recommend a similar routine to the one I’ve been doing on Adriene’s site?

Hi Cheryl! Welcome to my community, and more importantly, welcome to yoga!! I'm so thrilled to hear you're falling in love with this amazing practice, and that I get to be a part of your yoga journey!
My practice formats are a bit different here than what I'm asked to create for FWFG, so there aren't any videos that are exactly like that 7 Day Wake Up Flow. That said, I think you'd enjoy any of the Relaxed Flow practices on my site! I have 30-minute practices that also incorporate Breathwork, 60-minute practices that focus on the flow, and 75-minute practices that combine flow with Yin poses. Try them out and let me know what you think!
Also, since you're newer to yoga, I highly recommend you check out my Foundations Course as well. You have full access to it as a subscriber!
