Hi Alia! I found you through your videos on the FWFG app. I absolutely love your practices and your style of teaching. Every practice brings me joy and is challenging. My body changed a lot after two kids and I have lost a lot of strength poses that previously were easy are a struggle now. But I have also started yoga teacher training online. I am starting to doubt this was the right time to do this as everything is just made for people who have a different body and level of strength. Could you do a video to how adapt to that?
And may I also request a video for when you are exhausted mentally and physically and just need this big hug? And yoga for when you are angry or frustrated? Basically all the big feelings (I am a mom of two under 3). And ever since I did your videos on the FWFG I wish for a 30 day series.
