I’ve been teaching yoga for over a decade, and I’ve never had what people think is a "traditional yoga body." I’ve always been a curvy gal with tight hips and an achy low back, and so I’ve always been passionate about helping people with all kinds of bodies feel confident on the yoga mat - not just the naturally bendy folks.
